The Arcane Council is a kritocratic group of some of the wisest Asura, and is the closest resemblance the Asura have for a government. Although their influence is extremely limited, they occasionally act as the final arbiters in Asuran court trials, and, if necessary, regulate the laws and racial "krewe" projects of the Asura. Induction into the Arcane Council is generally avoided by potential candidates - personal preference is given to working on their own inventions, than to assist in judicial or bureaucratic matters.
