Meteor Shower Meteor Shower

Done25's Issue -- Under powered

Issue
You need 25 energy to cast this then you lose 10 more energy from Exaustion and it has a huge 5 second window. For 300 damage w/3 Kds this is not bad. Or at least it wouldn't be if it wasn't ADJACENT. This is the same area as Meteor. Not only does a person have 3 seconds to get out before they even take damage even if they do get hit it will only take another second to move out of the spell's range.
Suggestion
Buff area to Earthquake's nearby status. It's not like it's going to be abused with its 60 second recharge. EDIT: Make it a PvE only change to avoid GoS abuse in small arenas like RA, TA, and HA.

Boring, inefficient skill

Issue
Boring skill overall, recharge sucks
Suggestion
Split into PvE version with 30 second recharge and 3 second cast time.

Rework suggestion

Issue
This is a potentially cool skill which works well in PvE but lacks a certain something in PvP. However, a straight-out buff would be very dangerous on this as it could easily become overpowered.
Suggestion
Just a few random changes to provoke some thought or something:
Meteor Shower Meteor Shower. 25 Energy 4 Activation time 45 Recharge time.
Spell. Create a Meteor Shower at target foe's location. Every 2 seconds for 12 seconds, foes near to that location are struck for 10...46...55 fire damage and one random struck foe is knocked down and takes a further 10...46...55 fire damage. This Spell causes Exhaustion.
This would deal about as much damage overall, but lack the AoE KDs the current version has. However, it would strike up to 6 times meaning you still get 6 KDs, and since it has a reduced activation and recharge, and most importantly an increased area, it would be worth the trade-off.
