Issue

-Healing Prayers doesnt have its own elite removal skill.

-Non-attribute skills are boring.

Suggestion

• Empathic Removal -

5 1 7 - (Healing Prayers) - Elite Spell. "You and target ally lose 1 condition and 1 hex. You are both healed for 15...83...100 Health." Cannot self-target.
