Issue

Is too powerful in a team with multiple Paragons, and too clumsy in a team with only 1 Paragon.

Suggestion

Change the skill to: "Echo. Target non-Spirit ally loses 1 Condition. Whenever a Chant or Shout ends on that ally, that ally loses 1 Condition. This echo end after 10...14...15 seconds or after 1...3...3 conditions have been removed"

The numbers on this skill can still be altered to make it more or less powerful. It is just meant as a general idea, to make a Paragon more of a direct healer instead of a 'heal for insane amounts, but praying it activates at the right time' healer.
