Issue

Deals insane amounts of damage armor ignoring damage when compared to similar damage spells (like Energy Blast), but can cause knock-down too! It becomes really overpowered, however, when combined with other skills:

• Broad Head Arrow + this means goodbye caster.
• Glyph of Renewal + this means a new one every 10 seconds.
• Assassin's Promise + this means a new one every 5-15 seconds.
• 1 on each player means easy wins, since you'll have 8 allies dealing lots of damage each, for no effort.
• Arcane Echo means even more of them, again for little effort.

Suggestion

Lower its level and give it a different lead attack, a monster-only one if neccesary.
