Notes[edit]
- When used against Charr, the Ebon Vanguard Assassin can survive long enough to complete up to two attack chains. When used against other foes, the Assassin only has enough time for a single attack chain.
- All its skills are unblockable
- His Iron Palm will knock down foes that are hexed or suffering from a condition.
- You can create multiple Assassins in an area.
- It is not infused nor does it leave an exploitable corpse.
- When its summoning period ends, it appears to Shadow Step into nothingness.
- It will be higher than level 20 if cast under the effects of Signet of Illusions with an Illusion Magic rank 17 or more.
Anomaly. The Assassin doesn't shadow step; it is spawned directly next to the target.
Anomaly. The Assassin is counted as a created creature for Spirit's Gift, Explosive Growth, and Boon of Creation. However, it does not count as a summoned creature and is not affected by Spawning Power. Despite this classification, it is not affected by sulfur.
Bug.Though the Assassin does not count towards the minion cap, summoning one will cause the game to check the players minion control limit, potentially destroying any minions over the limit.
Anomaly. The Assassin does not always target the foe targeted by the caster, but instead targets the foe closest to its creation point.
Bug. Very rarely, the assassin may survive indefinitely. This can occur if resurrected by an enemy-created Restoration spirit, as by Reborn Irukandji.
Trivia[edit]
- Assuming the Assassin is able to complete his combo, this summon has the highest consistent damage output among the five reputation-governed summons.
- Contrary to the skill icon, the summoned Assassin ironically does not wear Ebon Vanguard armor.
