5 ¾ 30 - (Ebon Vanguard rank) - Ebon Vanguard Ritual. Creates a level 4...14 Spirit (54...90 second lifespan.) Affects foes within range of Winds. 25...50% chance to miss with ranged attacks and projectile spells.
