Issue
Almost everything about this skill (energy cost being the exception).
Suggestion
Make this skill a healing skill for spirits. For 5 energy, 2 sec activation, 15 sec recharge. "Allied Spirits in earshot are healed for 30 to 100 health."
2 second activation should hinder Spiritway but the skill should generally help Ritualists maintain high cost spirits in other attribute lines at the cost of reducing their maximum level.

Spell. Target foe takes 5...41...50 damage. If that foe is in the area of a corpse or Spirit, you and all allied Spirits within earshot steal 2...16...20 health from that foe.
Here the damage is made unconditional, but decreased to make up for it (bear in mind that Spirit Burn can do as much damage every 6 seconds, although that's not armour-ignoring). The extra health steal makes it more damaging (using Spirit Burn again for comparison you would get 3 seconds of burning here, which is less but again you can get it more often) and at the same time gives you a way to heal your spirits, but makes it rely on having them up. Also, the reduced area for the condition means that even if you have lots of spirits in earshot to steal health they still need to be in the area of one (or a corpse) for it to work at all, though I think maybe this would make the corpse bit kinda obselete (though ofc having you steal health also means that even with no spirits you can get something out of a corpse, though it's maybe nto really worth it). Finally, decreasing the horrible recharge makes it a bit more useable, but it still becomes more of a less-often used but more powerful skill rather than a spammable one (like a slow Spirit Burn).

  • This skill needs rework. Does armor ignoring damage every 20 seconds, the Mesmer skills can do better and in less interval of time thus doing more damage. We must recognize that if only one spirit is presence and this gets a low recharge, it can be spammed by a team of Ritualist killing the target in seconds. The skill as it is now function well only in a group of Ritualist.
  • Spell. If you are not withing earshot of a spirit or a corpse when casting this spell, this spell fails. Deals 15...63...75. This will make it so you can cast it anyhow instead of moving to a foe's aggro area or trying to summon a spirit in the foe's aggro area.
  • 5 Energy 1 Activation time 25 Recharge time
Spell. Deals 10...66...80. The nearest allied spirit withing earshot is destroyed. Destroyed effect: This spell recharges 0...45...56% faster. Notice the increased recharge and damage. This will encourage the Ritualist's job, to summon spirits. The max. recharge for the spell at 56% is 11. This encourage only for Ritaulist to able to use it. Don't want to make a second Discord.

Kigamo's Suggestion

Here:

5 Energy2 Activation time6 Recharge time - (Channeling Magic) - Spell. Deals 15...47...55 damage to target foe. If you were holding an item or were within earshot of a Spirit this spell activates 50% faster.
