Discussion

  • Issue:
  • Not as reliable as Feast of Souls or Restoration heals
  • This could easily serve as -Conditional Touch-Range Resurrection- tied to Spawning Power
  • Could grant Communers and Channelers a reliable alternative rez-skill.
  • Being able to Ressurect and additional healing at cost of valuable Spirit should be fair
  • Bugged and anti-productive.

10 Energy¾ Activation time15 Recharge time - (Spawning Power) - Touch Spell. Destroy one earshot allied Spirit. Resurrect target touched party member with Energy amount equal to yours. Heals nearby allies for 30...198...240.

10 Energy¾ Activation time15 Recharge time - (Spawning Power) - Touch Spell. Destroy target touched allied Spirit. Resurrect one random earshot party member with Energy amount equal to destroyed spirit. Heals allies within earshot for 30...198...240.

  • Appendum:

Ressurected ally-only

Heals ally for 15...63...75% of destroyed spirit's maximum health.
Heals ally with Health amount equal to destroyed spirit. (At 100%, a Level 15 Spirit w/Spawning 15 would grant 480 health.)
  • Notes:
  • All Spirits have 31 Energy, independent of Level and Spawning Power Rank.
  • Takes advantage of Spawning Powers health boost to spirits.
  • Synergy with Life for a good AoE healing spike.
  • It is worth remembering that when a Spirit is summoned, it isn't actually considered to be there until roughly 1 second after the Binding Ritual has completed, so if you are summoning a Spirit to use this spell with, do not use this spell immediately after you perform a Binding Ritual.
  • The true-activation time varies between 4-6 seconds, assuming that allied spirits are not currently present upon time of death.
  • Dont know if this bug is intended or not. Either -A- assuming Spirit to Flesh currently functions as intended, or -B- takes this Bug into account as false.
Bug Bug.The in-game effect of this skill does not require you to touch a Spirit. Instead, this skill can be used to target any ally, and the nearest allied spirit will be destroyed. All nearby allies of that destroyed spirit are healed, not around the ally that you touched.

Suggestion

In order to have a functionality and a description correspondting to the same skill ^^ I proposed :

10 Energy¾ Activation time10 Recharge time - Spell. Destroy closest ally spirit in earshot. If a spirit is destroyed, target ally and all nearby allies are healed for 30...198...240. Not to much change (values can't be adjusted as this skill isn't played..) but this way, Ritualist controls who has to be healed.Cornflakeboy 13:30, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
