Issue
Projectiles blocked are counted for the trigger. Parrying by definition should be only physical weapons not wand/staff projectiles. I also don't know how you can parry arrows and spears.
Suggestion
Make it end and give adrenaline gain only if it was a melee attack. "For 5...10...11 seconds, the next melee attack against you is Blocked and you gain 1...3...4 strikes of Adrenaline."

OR

Only attack skills "For 5...10...11 seconds, the next attack skill against you is Blocked and you gain 1...3...4 strikes of Adrenaline."

Shortly the skill just sucks,there are better options to use in farming builds,better options to tank with and in pvp only noobs use this.

Drop recharge back to 1,Change functionality to : You gain 0..3...4 Adrenaline and the next attack skill used against you is blocked.

This skill is quite.... weak

Overall weak, useless skill. There are better elites. It's ineffective as a blocking stance while unreliable for adrenaline gain. Basically it tried to do 2 things at once and sucks at both.
Suggestion
Decrease block chance to 75%. Increase recharge time to 5 seconds. Change description to: For 8 seconds, you have a 75% chance to block the next 1...4...5 attacks against you. Gain 1 strike of adrenaline for each attack blocked.

Suggestion
Make it an elite Shield Bash but keep it in the Tactics line.

Skill. "For 5...10...11 seconds, while wielding a shield, the next attack skill used against you is blocked. If it was a melee skill, your attacker is knocked down, suffers from weakness for 10 seconds, and that skill is disabled for an additional 15 seconds." 5e 15r

Buff me!

Issue
I like the whole parry/riposte sort of idea behind this skill (as well as Riposte and Deadly Riposte), kind of like olden-days dueling and whatnot. However, these skills are sadly underpowered. What's more, Warriors tend not to take self-preservation skills (except maybe in RA) because elsewhere they have monks to heal them (they have 80 armour anyway) and they need thier skills to do damage. Thus, this needs an agressive buff.
Suggestion
I would suggest firstly buffing the skill (in one way or another) and secondly making it less spammable, because while that may be good defense-wise (i.e. you can block a high percentage of attacks against you), it makes for builds where you're constantly mashing the same button. Aside from the lack of skill involved, that's pretty boring.
Anyway, my idea of a buffed version of this skill is something like:
2 Adrenaline 2 Recharge time
Elite Skill. For 5...10...11 seconds, the next attack skill used against you is Blocked and you gain 1...3...4 strikes of Adrenaline. If that skill was a melee skill, it is disabled for 5 seconds and you deal normal weapon damage against its user.
I don't know if it would be possible for you to deal weapon damage like that (kinda like a "free" attack), although I don't see why not (although certainly it's never been used before) but even if not you could just replace it with 20...68...80 damage or something (though I think this idea is cooler and also means the weapon you use makes a difference).
Changing this skill to a Skill (rather than a Stance) also makes it a lot better since now you can use it with an IAS or something.
Finally, disabling a foe's skill fits the theme better and makes it a bit more useful for linebacking sinceit relieves pressure from that foe.
