- Issue
- The recharge time is too long, so it is not worth using when you can bring a shorter recharge interrupt such as Disrupting Dagger or Disarm. Sword Warriors have limited space on their bars compared to Axe Warriors, so the Sword-only utility skills need to be stronger.
- Suggestion
- Lower recharge time to 8 seconds or lower to 12 seconds and add "This skill recharges 50% faster if you interrupt a skill"
- Disarm has longer recharge.

- Rather than having this as a skillful interrupt, how about making it more of an agressive skill focused on offense (we already have Distracting Blow and things, and skillful disruption is more of the ranger's forte anyway)?
- Something like this is what I mean:
- Savage Slash. 5 1 12 .
- Sword Attack. If this attack hits, it interrupts the target foe's action and deals +1...13...16 damage. If that action was a Spell, you deal a further +1...13...16 damage. If you fail to interrupt an action, Savage Slash recharges 33% faster.
- This gives the skill more unconditional capability, a lower recharge and the potential for an even further reduced recharge at the cost of a slower activation time and slightly decreased overall damage. This might not seem good as a pure interrupt, but it could be used as a fast spike-finisher or to interrupt someone you just KDed. The faster recharge would also give it greater damage per time overall.
