Gordon Ecker's Discussion

Mesmers with Wail of Doom oO *AS IF* and lols Hexes would be nice tho :) 86.62.250.4 08:30, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

It's an elite version of Blackout, giving Necromancers an elite version of Blackout is like giving them an elite version of Empathy. -- Gordon Ecker 08:48, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
errr... I didn't get that sorry, oO 86.62.250.4 08:53, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
It was a joke about Spiteful Spirit, but the point I was trying to make is that this skill doesn't fit into the Mesmer skillset and the current version of Wail of Doom doesn't fit into the Necromancer skillset. -- Gordon Ecker 09:00, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
Ah I see, Okies ^^" , so true :P 86.62.250.4 09:27, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

extend hexes is just extremly overpowered , making hexes like migraine wich already lasts for a huge time with mantra of persistence is just too much , also this would make diversion/shame last for way to long , this should be a kind of hex spell , and moved into illusion magic , wich would make the conditions on that foe last for more time 189.70.153.219 20:37, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

It depends on the duration increase, duration cap, cost and recharge time. Making Extend Hexes a hex which affects subsequent hexes instead of a basic spell which affects current hexes could make it easier to counter. -- Gordon Ecker 01:32, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
Do we really want to see something that can stack with Mantra of Persistence? D: --Redfeather 06:22, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
Diversion comes to mind, really. File:Nuclear7 sig image2.jpg nuke7 File:Nuclear7 sig image2.jpg 21:29, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
I dont really have an opinion, other then playing this skill on a N/Me is hilariously drutal when combined with disease, since the Extend effects whenever the disease transfers as well, but thats neither here nor there. I just want to point out that Wail and Extend are elite specifically because they DONT fit into the skill set. Since they allow you to do a different type of play style without changing your attribute spread, they earn the right to be elite. I'm not defending either skill, I'm just saying that the fact that they dont meet the standards of their attribute doesn't mean anything :) --Angelic Loki 08:48, 25 April 2008 (UTC)

SiDima's Discussion

This would only be possible if the game keeps track of a condition's original duration. -- Gordon Ecker 03:52, 29 March 2008 (UTC)

Does it not? You have the bars with percentage duration remaining..

Fragility Trigger

If it triggered fragility, it just might be useable. --- Ressmonkey (talk) 00:23, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Deletion

IMO if all the suggestions on a page are rendered moot by an update, the page should be archived, not deleted. -- Gordon Ecker 23:09, 2 September 2008 (UTC)

Fair enough, but until we can come up with a decent archive format, I'd be comfortable keeping the deletion tag up there. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 08:19, 3 September 2008 (UTC)
I actually updated my issue after the update... I'd like it to stay if possible --Mashav 21:14, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
Mention it on the talkpage. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 22:03, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
Isn't that what i just did? --Mashav 22:09, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
Whoops, sorry, my bad. Read the wrong tab by mistake :D. -- NUKLEAR User NuclearVII signature 3.jpgIIV 22:27, 5 September 2008 (UTC)
