Notes[edit]

  • Damage reduction is effective for as long as the target is hexed, i.e. if an attack lands after the hex ends (e.g. if the attacker dies while attacking), the attack will deal normal damage and if an attack iniated before the hex begins lands after the hex is applied, it'll deal less damage.
  • Any attack triggers the damage, whether or not it hits; you are still affected even if missed, blocked, or enchanted with Illusionary Weaponry. Similarly, you are damaged for each attack made from attack skills that can deal multiple attacks and for each foe hit with a scythe.
  • Combine with Reckless Haste in Normal mode to cause the damage to trigger more often.
Hard mode
  • This skill is more effective in Hard mode because foes (including spellcasters) attack faster.
  • Hard Mode AI enemies will only cast this on a martial profession wielding a martial weapon.
Anomaly Anomaly.Empathy triggers on failed attack skills, whereas Vigorous Spirit does not.
