should become duplicate of another skill
My personal favourite would doubtless be Malign Intervention.
I created this table for an overview of availalbe prophecies necromancer skills without duplicate and gave them a rating of my impression how good a duplicate would work for them.

- After casting the first, both can be kept up indefinitely with Blood Magic 14 or higher (12 with enchanting-mod), and having still 6 slots for attribute 20 Blood Magic or Curses appeared quite powerful to me. —ZerphaThe Improver 01:47, 23 May 2008 (UTC)
- Back to the skill at hand...most if not all of the dupe skills were made so that people who have Factions wouldn't have to buy Prophecies just for certain non-elite skills. 22.214.171.124 04:28, 24 May 2008 (UTC)
If this skill had been made for EoTN...
5e,1/4,3s Interrupt target foe and deal 30..40 cold damage. For 10..30 seconds, every time target foe is hit with cold damage, that foe is interrupted, you gain 1..4 energy and steal 10..40 health from that foe.
