Lots of stuff here. Maybe I'll tweak it later.
Channeling Magic[edit]
Ancestors' Rage -- 5 1 8 -- Spell. (3 seconds.) Deals 5...27...33 lightning damage to foes adjacent to target ally each second.
Agony -- 10 2 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...21...25 second lifespan). Damages foes in earshot for 3...9...10 each second. This spirit loses health equal to 50% of the damage dealt.
Bloodsong -- 5 2 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...25...30 second lifespan). Its attacks steal 5...21...25 Health.
Clamor of Souls -- 5 1 10 -- Elite Spell (1 second, plus 1 for each ally in earshot; maximum 4 seconds). Target and nearby foes take 5...25...30 lightning damage each second.
Weapon of Fury -- 5 1 8 -- Elite Weapon Spell. (1...15...18 seconds.) Target ally gains 50% more adrenaline and gains 1 energy per successful attack.
Communing[edit]
Anguish -- 10 3 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...21...25 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage. Hexed foes take double damage.
Disenchantment -- 15 3 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...13...15 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage and remove 1 enchantment. This spirit loses 40 health for each enchantment removed.
Displacement -- 15 2 25 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (10 second lifespan). Allies in earshot have 50% chance to block. Block effect: this spirit takes 40 damage.
Dissonance -- 15 3 25 -- Binding Ritual. Creates Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...13...15 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage and interrupt skills. This spirit loses 40 health for each interrupted skill.
Earthbind -- 15 3 25 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...17...20 second lifespan). Knockdowns on foes within range last 1 additional second (maximum 4 seconds). This spirit takes 12 damage for each second a foe is knocked down.
Pain -- 5 2 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...29...35 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...25...30 damage.
Shadowsong -- 15 3 25 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...5...6 spirit (1...15...18 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage and cause blindness (1...5...6 seconds).
Shelter -- 15 2 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (8 second lifespan). Damage taken by allies in earshot is limited to 10% of their maximum health. This spirit takes 40 damage when preventing damage.
Soothing -- 15 3 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...5...6 spirit (3...13...15 second lifespan). Foes within range gain adrenaline 50% slower.
Sundering Weapon -- 5 1 10 -- Weapon Spell. (3...7...8 seconds.) Target ally's attacks cause cracked armor (1...7...8 seconds) and have 10% armor penetration.
Union -- 10 3 25 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (20 second lifespan). 10...18...20% of damage taken by allies within range is redirected to this spirit.
Vital Weapon -- 5 1 5 -- Weapon Spell. (5...13...15 seconds). Target ally has +20...100...120 maximum Health and +1...3...3 Health regeneration.
Wanderlust -- 15 3 20 -- Elite Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...7...8 spirit (5...21...25 second lifespan). Its attacks deal 5...17...20 damage and knock down stationary foes. This spirit loses 40 health for each knockdown.
Weapon of Quickening -- 5 1 12 -- Elite Weapon Spell. (1...8...10 seconds). Target ally's spells and rituals activate 25% faster and recharge 33% faster.
Restoration Magic[edit]
Mending Grip -- 5 1 3 -- Spell. Heals for 5...33...40. Removes 1 condition and heals for +5...33...40 if target ally has a weapon spell.
Rejuvenation -- 10 2 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (5...21...25 second lifespan). Heals allies in earshot for 3...9...10 each second. This spirit loses health equal to 50% of the healing caused.
Spawning Power[edit]
Consume Soul -- 5 1 8 -- Elite Spell. Steals 5...49...60 Health from target foe. If you are within earshot of a spirit, that foe loses 0...2...3 Energy. For each point of Energy lost, you gain 2 Energy.
Doom -- 10 1 10 -- Spell. Deals 10...50...60 lightning damage. +5...17...20 lightning damage for each spirit you control (maximum 3 spirits).
Empowerment -- 10 3 20 -- Binding Ritual. Creates a level 1...8...10 spirit (3...13...15 second lifespan). Non-spirit allies within range gain +1 energy regeneration.
Rupture Soul -- 10 ¾ 15 -- Spell. Destroys the nearest allied spirit. Deals 30...86...100 lightning damage and causes blindness (3...8...9 seconds) to foes near you.
Spiritleech Aura -- 10 ¼ 15 -- Move to Spawning Power. -- Enchantment Spell. (5...17...20 seconds.) You steal 10...22...25 health and 1...2...2 energy from one spirit in earshot whenever you cast a spell.
Weapon of Renewal -- 10 1 10 -- Weapon Spell. (1...10...12 seconds.) Target ally gains 25% more adrenaline and has +1 energy regeneration.
