Notes

• This skill creates a Spirit of Anguish that uses the Anguish attack skill.
• Synergizes with Painful Bond.
• On hexed foes, Anguish also doubles the bonus damage from Signet of Ghostly Might and Anthem of Envy.
• Spiritleech Aura combines poorly with Anguish, as the damage reduction penalty significantly reduces the effectiveness of this spirit.
