Rend Ragemauler was one of the Charr who led the invasion of Ascalon. He persuaded Anton into betraying Ascalon in exchange for lives of his friends and family from his village. During the invasion of Surmia Rend Ragemauler backstabbed Anton and killed those he was supposed to spare.
It is not known whether Rend Ragemauler belonged to the Flame Legion (his location[s] places him in close proximity to them) or the hypothetical Rage warband.
