Lightning Hammer: Same damage as Lightning Orb. Doesn't have a secondary effect like Lightning Orb. It uses an extra 10 energy but recharges 1 second sooner. So.. why use it?

Instead, what if it was more like:

Spell. Target foe is struck for 10...66...80 lightning damage and knocks down target and all adjacent foes for 0...2...2 seconds. Lightning Hammer has 25% armor penetration.

Spell. Target foe is struck for 10...66...80 lightning damage and knocks down target and all adjacent foes for 0...2...2 seconds. Lightning Hammer has 25% armor penetration.

Concise description
Spell. Deals 10...66...80 lightning damage. Knocks down adjacent foes 0...2...2 seconds. 25% armor penetration.

  • I couldn't get the description to properly match the progression table. The knock down should be 0 seconds at lvl 0, 1 second at lvl 12, and 2 seconds at lvl 15. I had to use a decimal for the progression table but it wouldn't work for the skill infobox.
