This has been discussed with Joe already, but it is high time that the Tomb of the Primeval Kings got an update. As it is, only a spare few permasin farmers bother with the place. The reasons for this are two fold. First, Tombs was created before the assassins, so the enemies, especially on the first level, are not equipped to deal with permasins at all, which means the permasin is at an advantage as far as skill choice is concerned.

Second, the rewards for completing the Tombs areas, once some of the most valuable items in the game, are now near worthless. No one bothers to finish the tombs areas completely, not even the sin farmers. The sin farmers just go through the first or second level, looking for the occassional ecto drop. The green items obtained from the end bosses are worthless, even by green standards.

So, to fix this at least two things should happen: First, the enemies in these areas need a build update to deal with new metagame realities. Maybe Fingers of Chaos could be updated to include effects for all professions, or perhaps Chained Souls could be given other skills/purposes to combate today's more prevalent farming builds. Tombs was intended to be an elite area when it was first introduced, and while it certainly did pose significant challenges to players in the past, the enemies and skills presented there now do not compare to other, more recently developed elite areas.

Secondly, the reward for defeating the end bosses needs to be increased. An end chest should be introduced, similar to those used in the dungeons and other elite areas, which would contain potential prizes of commensurate value to those provided in the end chest of other elite areas and dungeons. Gemstones, globs of ectoplasm, and high end gold weapons would all be good additions.
