Second Wind Second Wind 5 Energy1 Activation time5 Recharge time Elite Spell. Lose all Exhaustion. For each point of exhaustion lost, you gain 1 energy and lose 20 health.

This seems pretty overpowered the way it's written. I could see someone using Arcane Echo, Meteor Shower, Earthquake, Dragon's Stomp, Shock, and Obsidian Flame, followed by this version of Second Wind to absolutely wreck a large group of foes. That wouldn't be interesting; that would be broken.

Might I suggest something more like this, if it is possible?

Second Wind Second Wind 5 Energy2 Activation time30 Recharge time Elite Spell. Lose all Exhaustion. For each point of Exhaustion lost, you gain 1...3...3 health and lose 1 energy.

This would bring it into line as the only exhaustion removing skill, would encourage exhaustion-based skills (due to the health bonus), but would prevent a foe from rapidly chaining some of the more powerful nukes in the game.
