I'm just going to copy/paste my response to a like-minded idea: Alternative idea: Add the NPC to an outpost in the Realm of Torment and have the lore state that it is akin to Nightfallen Jahai - a land that was shaped into a nightmare version of a place in Elona, but unlike Nightfallen Jahai, the garden had already "merged" but it is still there in the RoT (thanks to the efforts of our lovingly flattering PCs of epic proportions).

ADDENDUM: There's no need for the Nightfallen Jahai NPC since that location is always available. Konig/talk 22:14, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
