By drawing on power from fallen allies or foes, and by sacrificing their own blood, Necromancers can command powerful curses and raise undead minions to do their bidding. Speak with Instructor Ng to begin your training."

 Accept: "I am ready to earn my Necromancer Insignia."

 Decline: "I am not ready yet."

 Ask: "It was my understanding that you wished to become an expert Necromancer. Speak with Instructor Ng to begin training for your Necromancer Insignia."
