The beginning
Burning Sun Ninjas was created largely by two dedicated Guild Wars players Deamon Slayer A and Xerox the Knight. It was created early in the Guild Wars time line roughly two months after the game was released. The guild was originally created by Deamon Slayer and although Xerox the Knight was skeptical at first how the guild would develop, but soon after a period of interaction in game Xerox and Deamon quickly became good e-friends thus agreed upon building the guild together. Burning Sun Ninjas was one of the first big guilds in Guild Wars featuring large diverse member base, dedicated pvers such as Deamon himself as well as dedicated pvpers such as Xerox. Many members had pve achievements in the game such as titles and getting rare armors, and on pvp side Xerox as the co-guild leader has won many hall of heroes tournaments.
The fall
After roughly a year after the game's release and when Xerox the Knight had achieved rank 8 in pvp statues he decided that it was the time to move on from the game. Deamon Slayer remained the guild leader of Burning Sun Ninjas but many members also left the game with various reasons. Deamon continued to recruit more quality people to join the guild but it was obvious that this great guild has passed its prime. After a few months of struggling to keep the guild together Deamon had to quit the game himself due to real life problems. Deamon attempted of returning the game but it was not working out and eventually the guild website and ventrilo server were taken down. The guild remains in tact today but it's largely a dead guild with Xerox the Knight as the guild leader hoping that one day it would return to a small, close friends guild that it was created in the beginning.
The future
With Guild Wars 2 on the horizon it is only time for some the old fans to return to the game, whether the Burning Sun Ninjas can return to its former glory with the return of Xerox and Deamon or it's just going to be left in the dust as a small piece of video game history it remains to be seen.
