Friends On Guild Wars [HUGS] Mission Statement

Our aim for "Friends On Guild Wars [HUGS]" is to be a friendly polite environment where we can join together as friends to have fun and enjoy the shared experience of playing online in the various Guild Wars games and expansions. We support a friendly, helpful environment that is suitable for players of all ages and levels of experience, and do not tolerate poor manners, behaviour, swearing, abuse, or discrimination.
Our aim is to promote a positive environment for all our members, young or old, new or experienced. Achievements should be appreciated and all members should be able to feel that they are accepted regardless of what their aims and goals are in playing Guild Wars.
Our aim is to provide support and guidance for younger and / or less experienced players, helping them to advance their game play by improving skills in teamwork, strategy and game knowledge to whatever level they are comfortable in achieving. This is done through guidance, advice, and leading by example. We do not aim to carry players through the game, but provide support so that they may acheive those goals themselves.
Our aim is that our Officers represent the guild as members commited to ensuring that the aims of the guild are promoted in-game. The Leader is considered to have the same position as an Officer, and the Officers Council is a democratic collective that will work together in supporting the Guild.
