Ready and Willing [RAWR]

Ready and Willing is a small to medium guild that was formed by members of the Dragons of Legend, who left in the fall of 2005 when their guild leader went missing. With a close relationship with their "sister guild" Hard Days Knight, RAWR grew to their maximum capacity for a short time when two other guilds integrated with them. RAWR originally formed an alliance led by the Angelic Guard. When that alliance eventually fell apart RAWR joined an alliance led by another guild of the former alliance, Roses Of The Moonlight Sigil, along with Hard Days Knight and another previous member of RAWR's former alliance, the Order Of Pointed Sticks.

As of 2010 RAWR has 3 active officers and 10 active members. With a total count of 6 officers and 10 members.

The Name

"Ready and Willing" was suggested by DoL member Akaig Sun, during a Teamspeak discussion of names for the guild-to-be-formed. However, the short tag [RAW] wasn't really a good fit for the group, and the longer [RAWR] was generally decided to be more fitting for the guild's atmosphere.

The Second "R"

Often confusing is the second "R" in the Guild Tag. This second "R" has been suggested as being many things including "Raptors" or "Racoons." The true meaning is only known to the officers and is kept a dark secret.

PvE

Ready and Willing is primarily a PvE guild. Most of our members may be found doing missions and quests (With the occasional farming run or title work). We also go on larger escapades, such as dungeons or elite missions, as time and online player population permits. Ready and Willing is currently looking for a larger member base for more activities.

PvP

While primarily a PvE guild, a few of our members have a very strong desire to PvP. Alliance Battles and Guild Battles are the primary focus at this point, though other arenas are always options. Ready and Willing is currently looking to build up a team of players who could participate in Alliance Battles on a regular basis. 3. "GERONIMO!"
4. The term "Pulling a Fuzzy" which means "To fall asleep while playing Guild Wars" usually while monking in an especially hard area. It should be noted that this term is gradually being supplanted by the term "Pulling a Leena."
5. "Kentucky Fried Yawg" or "KFY" for short means that Yawg, an officer of the guild, has fallen an ill-begotten fate or initiated a conversation with Blaze.
6. "What's the extra 'R' for?
7. "Holy Crap, Leena died!"
8. "Luckily, Divine survived and will res us all."

RAWR is always open to new recruits. If you are interested in joining Ready and Willing, feel free to contact an officer in game. Ready and Willing does require you be interviewed by the guild before an invitation. We maintain a relaxed atmosphere, and only ask you to be yourself and be a good team player.
