A very accomplished guild - Reign Of Shadows was, for over twelve months, an elite faction guild on both the Luxon and Kurzick sides. We origionally started as a PvE based guild, but when the guild was given to our current leader, Jinx, he changed us to a faction orientated guild. Soon after the conversion we earned a place in the Aurios Mines owning alliance [GAS], and soon after progressed even further to be part of the [any] alliance owning Cavalon, the Luxon capital. After about two months at the top of the Luxon faction system, our loyalty to the pirates of the Jade Sea started to fall. We decided that it would be a great project to switch to the Kurzick side. When we were officially Kurzick we learned FFF fast and pumped many factions into our guild. We then became proud members in the [CAT] alliance who changes official alliance leading guilds regularly, but the overall leader is [CAT] themselves. The alliance owned House zu Heltzer and after a small period of time when we decided to look at PvE and our factions dropped from over four million to below one million, we got back on track, in the [CAT] alliance and grew once more to our previos state. Over the Christmas 2007-2008 period we held a few meetings and decided that we would take a break from factions and play PvX, in which many of the leading corps gaining several ranks in the maxed titles rank.

We have recently changed back to the Luxon side where we want to quickly raise our factions. We have just started an alliance with elite faction guilds GWAR and Tkt where we will grow with them and progress fast.

Accomplishments

• [RoS] has owned Cavalon and House zu Heltzer - the leading towns on both the Luxon and Kurzick sides respectivaly.
• Several members of [RoS] have stayed with the guild for one year or over - thats saying something isn't it?
• Members in [RoS] have achieved the Saviour of the Kurzicks title.

Recruitment

If you would like to join RoS please read this, and see if you fit the criteria we are looking for:

• You must be an active and fairly experienced player of Guild Wars, preferably in both PvE and PvP, but experience in both is not compulsory.
• You must speak English - not nececarily at a native level.
• You must be active, playing Guild Wars most days, and willing to take part in some guild or alliance events.
• You must be polite to all members of RoS, our alliance and other players in Guild Wars, taking pride of wearing our guild tag and cape rather than bringing embarasment to the guild.
