[iRA] is a small PvE Fun-Guild allied to the Luxons. At the moment, the Guild is having some inactivity problems, though the core of the Guild still plays on a regular basis.
The Name
Silent leges inter arma irae (latin: Laws are silent under the arms of rage) is a changed quotation from the medieval philospher Erasmus, who in his work "Querela Pacis" (Peace's Complaint) states: "...silent leges inter arma", which again is an altered quote from the Roman writer Cicero, who in his work "Pro Milone" (Defense of Milo) writes: "silent Musae inter Arma" (The Muses are silent under Arms).
