The Crows Nest was founded by Nevik Eeirnb on the 1st January 2007. Nevik Eeirnb was originally a member of The Vanguard of Winterchill. A short time after attaining the officer rank in the Guild he, another officer Dun Jee (who has since stopped playing Guild Wars) and the leader Tessa Winerchill decided to break away to form The Crows Nest Guild. The Guild gained many of it's first members by holding a 1 versus 1 tournament using The Crows Nest Guild's hall as a staging ground for it a few weeks after being created. Members that joined due to this was Lady Minah who is currently second in command of the Guild.

The Crows Nest was originally intended to be a GvG only Guild but after largely unsuccessful attempts at this, the team was temporarily disbanded and the Guild was instead converted into a more casual PvX Guild. GvG is still important to this Guild and it has recently begun GvGing again but only sporadically.

The Crows Nest Guild is currently leading a full or nearly full alliance which they try their best to keep active and strong. It is the Guild's constant effort to keep a high standard of comfort for it's members that has made this Guild largely successful to date.

The current guild hall for the Crows Nest Guild is The Isle of Solitude, although not been dusted or cleaned in a while see if you can spot the three different boats the guild officer Primrose Chastice has whilst you start the sweeping...

Recruitment

The Crows Nest Guild's recruiting system is fairly lax. A willingness to chat and be friendly is enough to gain permission to join. However there are also extra, specific criteria for becoming a member of the Guild's GvG team. This information can only be gathered from Nevik Eeirnb after joining The Crows Nest Guild. There are also specific requirements to attain the officer rank in the Guild which are not commonly known.
