As taken from Wikipedia: "Valhalla (Old Norse Valhöll, "Hall of the slain") is Odin's hall in Norse mythology, located in Gladsheim and is the home for those slain gloriously in battle (known as Einherjar) who are welcomed by Bragi and escorted to Valhalla by the valkyries."
Valhalla was also said to be the place where great warriors who were slain in battle, fought all day long against themselves, while at night their injuries healed while they drinked and eated until they fell asleep to fight again the next day.
History
Valhalla Nightmares was created by Lord Thorzilla and War Master Adrian on August 25th 2007 during the Guild Wars: Eye of the North presentation event. Some of the players in VH come from the guild Lost Heaven, which was dissolved a few months ago. The guild members of Lost Heaven were back for more. Some months later the guild reached a good partnership level among it's members as with Alliance members aswell. But after 3 years of nonstopping Guild Wars Action, some members need to take a rest and the clan started to disband. When just two inactive members were left. One of the original creators Lord Thorzilla and an old officer Lord Urun, started the restoration of the clan.
Aspirations
Valhalla Nightmares is actually a growing clan, that aspires to have some of the most experienced Spanish, Latin or European players in the world. VH is a guild fully supporting all 3 continents: Tyria (GWEN included), Cantha and Elona. We plan on moving soon to the PvP areaas well as to 12v12 and GvG.
Nowadays we try to gather some of our old friends in order to restore the nice atmosphere that once ruled our guild. When a strong base is back to the guild, we'll start recruiting again. (So keep an eye on us!)
Recruitment
Anyone is welcome to Valhalla Nightmares. All we ask for is a high level of understanding of the Guild Wars world. Now recruiting both PvE and PvP-wise. Whisper either Lord Thorzilla or War Master Adrian in case you are interested.
Anyone interested may come in, but we're not exactly recruiting right now, but in any case, any question or asking to Lord Thorzilla or Lord Urun.
