A mantra is a skill naming unique to the mesmer profession. Mantras are stances, the only exception being Mantra of Recall which is an enchantment. Aside from Mantra of Recovery, which is part of the Fast Casting attribute, all mantras are tied to Inspiration Magic.

Trivia[edit]
- Mantras are a form of meditation in Hindu culture.
- The script which is seen in the skill icons looks like Tibetan script.
- Although they are not mantras, Distortion and Hex Breaker have an icon with a similar appearance. Prior to the release of Prophecies they were known as Mantra of Diversion and Mantra of Hex Shattering respectively.
- Mantra of Celerity is an unimplemented Fast Casting skill and the reason why Mesmers have one elite skill less than other core professions.
- All mantras were introduced in Prophecies.
