  • decreased recharge time to 20 seconds, increased damage done per second to 1..6, decreased duration to 20 seconds.

Hex Spell. For 20 seconds, this hex does nothing. When Rising Bile ends, that foe and all foes in the area take 1...5...6 damage for each second Rising Bile was in effect.
