Speak with Camp Guard Pongtu and Imperial Guardsman Tingjo in order to acquire a shelter pass.

Objectives

• Speak to Guardsman Pongtu [sic] in Xaquang Skyway.
• Locate Imperial Guardsman Tingjo in the Shenzun Tunnels. Obtain a shelter pass from him.
• See Yikaro for your reward.

Walkthrough

After obtaining the quest, speak to Camp Guard/Guardsman Pongtu who is a few steps away from Yikaro. Imperial Guardsman Tingjo can be found outside of Maatu Keep in Shenzun Tunnels. When you go near Tingjo, several groups of Afflicted will approach Tingjo and attack; however, the quest doesn't require you to defend Tingjo from the Afflicted, so you can speak to him before the Afflicted arrive to receive the shelter pass and map travel to Senji's Corner to collect your reward.

Initial dialogue

"I am sorry to bother you, but...please...I could really use some help. I lost my wife to the plague, and the ministry burned down our house during the quarantine. Now, my children and I have nowhere to go. The guards will not let us in to the refugee camp without a shelter pass, but unfortunately, in the mad rush to leave our home, I forgot our pass. When I returned to get it, the house was already engulfed in flames. Please...can you help me procure a shelter pass for me and my children? I was told that Guardsman Pongtu [sic] here in Xaquang Skyway might have a few left to hand out."

 Accept: "For the children!"

 Decline: "I don't have time to help you right now."

 Ask: "Were you able to get a shelter pass from Guardsman Pongtu? [sic] My children are tired of sleeping alongside bums and vagrants."

Intermediate dialogue

Camp Guard Pongtu

"If you are looking for a shelter pass, I cannot help you. My orders are to let no one through without one. If you are in dire straights, I suggest you look for Imperial Guardsman Tingjo. He is currently combing the sewers for survivors, giving out passes to those in need."

Imperial Guardsman Tingjo

"Your friend is in luck. I have been authorized to hand out passes to those needing shelter. Have your friend give this pass to the camp guards, and he and his family will be allowed inside."

Notes

• The shelter pass is not an actual quest item as it doesn't appear in your inventory when you receive it from Tingjo.

Bug.Camp Guard Pongtu is incorrectly identified as Guardsman Pongtu in the quest log.
