  • Reduced recharge to 10 seconds.
  • Now knocks down foes adjacent to your target.

Spell. If target or adjacent foes are Blind or moving, these foes are knocked down. There is a 50% chance of failure with Water Magic less then 5.

Concise description
Spell. Causes knock-down if this foe is Blind or moving. Affects foes adjacent to your target. 50% failure chance unless Water Magic greater than 4.

  • Foe is now also knocked down if moving, but a 50% failure chance if "Water Magic 4 or less" was implemented.
