Soloing refers to clearing a mission or part(s) of an explorable area without help from other players, heroes, or henchmen. Often, specialized builds are created with the sole intention of soloing, and when this is done in order to obtain rare items, it becomes known as farming or running.
Benefits[edit]
- All experience is allocated to one player.
- All drops are assigned to one player.
Disadvantages[edit]
- Sometimes upon death, death penalty makes it very difficult to continue soloing, as there is no one else to help you gain experience.
Notes[edit]
- With loot scaling, the advantages of soloing are limited to rarer items only.
