Armor Rating[edit]

I was wondering - as there is a finite range of armor ratings, wouldn't it be better to have (say) 25;35;50;60;80 rather than 25...80? Er, not that those are the ACTUAL ranges - my memory isn't that good ^^--Snograt whisper 21:54, 26 February 2007 (EST)

If you can grab the details and add them in, we can see how it looks. I don't see a problem with adding it, and you're allowed to. :P - BeXoR 22:08, 26 February 2007 (EST)
Heh, when it's a simple, textual page (like a Skill page, for example) I happily wade in and change where I see fit. When it's a complicated labor-of-love like all your wonderful tables, I'm worried about breaking the tables - formatting syntax is not one of my strengths! Having said that, I'll have a look tonight (=probably 18 hours from now - I'm on night shift ^^) - lots of outposts to visit, methinks :) --Snograt whisper 23:02, 26 February 2007 (EST) (or 04:02, 27 February 2007 (GMT))
I updated 2 parts today. Prophecies starter armor rating for rangers begins at 10, not 15, and the notes section listed prophecies starter ringmail armor had a +10vs physical bonus, it actually has a +20. Lil Puppy 12:02, 11 April 2008 (UTC)
Weird, why do rangers not keep with the scheme.. - anja talk 14:31, 11 April 2008 (UTC)

Armor Update[edit]

i'd try to update this article, but i don't entirely understand the original. are the name variations just versions of starter armor? --VVong|BA 12:45, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

No, some names are names of starter armor (Like Tenderfoots or Roughspun) and some are names of the armor sets that was only basic armor and craftable before the insignia update. Example: Monk Tyrian armor was only basic armor in Prophecies, and named Monk's armor. Name variation:Monk's. Also, several factions sets had basic "variants", such as canthan armor. You could crafta a cheaper version which had no bonuses at all, and that one was named "Ritualist's Canthan armor" where ritualist's was in place of the bonus name. I think no name variations is necessary to document on this page anymore, though. - anja talk (contribs) 13:02, 7 June 2007 (UTC)

Starter Armor[edit]

I fixed the AL for Dervish and Paragon starter armor (the stuff you get when you make your character), can someone check what the starter AL is for an Assassin? I have a feeling it's 10AL. What about Warriors? Crazy Odin 07:14, 7 September 2008 (UTC)Crazy Odin

I checked warriors, and it's 25 in Prophecies at least. I guess we need to check every campaign :/ - anja talk 08:30, 7 September 2008 (UTC)
