Am I right in thinking this page needs maps for the Archipelagos, Boreas Seabed and Maishang Hills? If so I'm working on the Archipelagos ones, And Can get the Maishang hills ones done soon, Jon Will 16:24, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

Maybe not. This whole image business has me considerably confused...Jon Will 16:37, 22 September 2008 (UTC)

just move your heros and hench around the map and sit back and relax! - Calanation Call

It needs to be noted that this quest and Charting the Forests cannot be completed unless you have a factions character. Subsiste Sermonem Statim 17:14, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

Wrong, I am Tyrian and I could get these two quests upon completion of Arborstone. User MadSkillz1o1 sig2.PNG MadSkillz1o1 18:21, 2 March 2010 (UTC)

Caution When Vanquishing[edit]

Because of the wide open spaces in Luxon territory, it's easy to fail some Jade Sea mapping quests even when vanquishing. You need to pass fairly close to all 5 of the quest way points to update the quest properly. The lack of narrow paths in the Jade Sea make it easy to accidentally miss a marker. If you first ensure the "Charting" quest is active while vanquishing, you'll get sound feedback as you trigger each way point, as well as map markers.

Attached is another map for the Archipelagos portion of the Charting the Jade Sea quest. If you decide to visit the way points in the order given by the quest, this map shows the most direct route and order in which the map markers are given by the quest. If you know the locations ahead of time though, you can visit quest markers in any order. A slightly shorter route, for example, could be made by taking the shortest paths to the markers: 1,4,3,2,5. I think you can go under a bridge between markers 1 and 2 to get to 5, shaving a little distance off of the path suggested by the quest itself.
