Talk:Disrupting Accuracy

Should there be a note added about multi-arrow attacks, Forked Arrow, Dual Shot and Incendiary Arrows? I mean, it's the same as with an IAS, you hit more so there are more chances to crit for you. Lou Wolfskin 23:17, 1 March 2010 (UTC)

What about splinter Weapon, does the interrupt spread to the foes affected by that spell? Katorone 12:01, 10 June 2010 (UTC)

Short answer: No. --Manassas User Manassas Mannysig.png 12:07, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
Thanks! What about Choking Gas and Splinter Weapon? Since Barrage is useless with preparations I'm looking for a way to inflict easy interruption (PVE, specially to the backline, the frontline can be handeled by knockdowns) Katorone 12:20, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
Same answer: No. In both cases because Splinter Weapon does its very own (armour ignoring) damage. Your only chance of multiplying the effect of skills like Disrupting Accuracy and Choking Gas is to use skills that allow you to shoot multiple arrows. --Manassas User Manassas Mannysig.png 12:27, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
You may get the effect you want with Great Dwarf's Weapon and Barrage. Misery 12:30, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
Not with Barrage as it removes all preparations before the volley is fired. --Manassas User Manassas Mannysig.png 12:45, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
Sorry, misunderstood you. Yes the Great Dwarf Weapon + Barrage combo works. --Manassas User Manassas Mannysig.png 12:46, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the great tips! I've also noticed some synergy with Incendiary Arrows, since this one doesn't remove any preparations. The big downside here is the 5sec recharge, but perhaps Serpent's Quickness and/or Quickening Zephyr can solve that. (Though I'm not convinced I like the effects of the last one for partymembers). I know what you mean. Also keep in mind that QZ affects enemies in range as well. --Manassas User Manassas Mannysig.png 13:02, 10 June 2010 (UTC)
