Dulled Weapon comment isn't needed, they don't look much alike at all. Different blade shape, different hilt. OOOH, THEY BOTH BE CURV'D! No. 68.227.186.157 19:25, 13 September 2008 (UTC)
Hmmm...I see quivering blade in more builds than this one, but why? you should cap this and use it because it has no penalties if its blocked--Raph User Raph Sig.png 17:48, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
The penalty is that if it is blocked or you miss in any way, there goes all your adrenaline. This makes it somewhat risky to use. Quivering Blade can be recharged fairly quickly, but this can't (and the penalty for QB is trivial anyway since most Warriors don't cast spells). -- Hong 23:13, 15 January 2008 (UTC)
I use Dragon Slash with 15 strength. Couple that with For Great Justice and you have 20 seconds of spamming. Although if you get blocked or miss it does mess up the chain. But Its might funt to you

Spamability[edit]

The +adrenaline when you strike doesn't factor in the +1 you get from a strike anyway, therefore Dragon Slash need only provide +4 when you strike to spam in conjunction with For Great Justice.--69.143.206.161 00:57, 12 November 2007 (UTC)

Only pvE like this skill. Raptaz 13:58, 6 December 2007 (UTC)
I agree on that, a Dragonslash chain is too easy to break for it to be very useful in PvP. In PvE, though, it's quite fun. KrelusDerian 18:48, 23 March 2008 (UTC)
If you actually put your strength to 15 you get +5. Making it recharge everytime u use it, but yes the chain is easy to break. NOTE: Now that I actually fully read what you wrote, you are right, it doenst factor in the 1 strike you get. But if you throw in splinter weapon things get intresting. Will heros Spam this correctly?

Do heroes do anything correctly? If this is their only active attack skill (either by disabling or simply not giving them any), then yes, they will spam it fairly often. Just not as well as a human player. FleshAndFaith 21:31, 15 January 2010 (UTC)

PvP D-Slash[edit]

Goodbye PvP D-Slash chain. :'(

and hello anonymous!78.20.153.111 16:34, 26 June 2008 (UTC)
I know it's late but I just had to lol @ an IP saying that. --you like that don't you..The Holy Dragons 12:14, 14 May 2012 (UTC)

The first note[edit]

I don't get it, why waste 8 adrealine on getting 2 adrealine (Sun and Moon Slash)? Koen 15:36, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

Because using "For Great Justice!" and Dragon Slash (Swordsmanship: 10), it's only 2 away from being able to be used again. The 8 adrenal gain (4x2, 4 from Dragon Slash, 2x from "For Great Justice!") charges Sun and Moon Slash instantly, and then you can spam those two skills over and over again. Bisurge 22:59, 8 July 2008 (UTC)

Icon Similarity[edit]

That note is not necessarily true, D-slash has a dragon in the background and the sword shown is the Dadao Sword while the image in Dulled Weapon is a scimitar, most likely an Istani Scimitar Weaponmaster 07:06, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Infuriating Heat?[edit]

Does it works with it? I mean, is it possible to spamm it?88.141.114.67 08:46, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

Adren gets a cap at 100% gain, but I guess it would at least get it back to 4 adren... Echo? MrPaladin talk 11:41, 9 June 2009 (UTC)

PvP/PvE[edit]

Dragon Slash in PvP is one of the worst skill of all the warrior's. this skill needs double adrenaline gain to be efficient. For Great Justice was split between PvP and PvE. PvP is WAY shorter and only add 1 charge of adrénaline to a hitting strike. the only usage would be to recharge an adrenaline combo. For example: Sever Artery, Gash, Sun and Moon Slash but that makes 4 skill slots. Add the need for enraging charge to build fast enough and Frenzy, Flurry, Flail, that makes 6. Endure pain makes 7. So you need 6 to 7 skills to make this quivering combo work. My opinion: Not worth the effort. Go see Crippling Slash, way better

Dragon Slash in PvE is one of the best sword elite skills. You need you can spam it with swordsmanship as low as 9+1 (though if you want damages you'll probably go for the max max possible)for only 2 skills: DS and FGJ. At least +30 damage each second with an adrenaline gain of 10, the max at once. Great for building up "Save Yourselves" and maintain it nearly continuously (imbagons have a permanent adrenaline increase while warriors don't, even with a furious mod). You can then bring any usefull adrenaline skill for Kocking Down, incapacitating, inflict more damages, it's up to your plying style. My opinion: if you want to do single target damages quickly this skill is the best.

To those who would say it is easy to counter with adrenaline slowing skills such as soothing, soothing images etc... Of course they kill this skill, they're meant for ever since they were created! Nothing is absolute, everything can be countered, even the counters! To prevent blocking, bring anti-blocking. Blindness? bring condition removal. Hexes? Briung anti hexes, etc...

Warriors aren't limited to swords but right now and here we're talking about them so if you find a better elite with axes or hammer, say it on those skills's discussion --The preceding unsigned comment was added by Gon Dra (talk • contribs) at 17:17, 13 June 2011 (UTC).
