Dye Price

I think this is getting out of hand... nowadays the highest priced dye is black dye, and it is for 10 platinum! maybe there should be a program that decreases the price by 5% every week... at least for guild wars 2... 84.196.2.92 11:22, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

The prices of black (and white) dyes always were the highest among all dyes, it's a kind of long-term Guild Wars vogue to have the black or white prestigious armor :) No, price cannot be decreased by a program because it's a market value, a balance between supply (=drop rate) and demand. However, some players invented the mix of cheap dyes, which looks almost like black, you can find some recipes here. --Slavic 11:54, 23 March 2010 (UTC)

Black dye is broken (since a while it seems)

the trader will offer a whooping 1g if you attempt to sell a black dye, wich is less than the minimun he offer for any other dye, so the npc is bugged, maybe it would be good to mention it on somewhere, ive attempted to open a ticket on support about this issue but they dont seem to care much about it.
