Bug or wording?

Another wording that is not correct. I've posted something like this on the Talk:Avatar of Melandru too. According to the wording, Equinox should trigger on spells. However, when Arcane Lanquor is on the caster, Equinox triggers. It shouldn't according to the wording imo. Thoughts? BlazeRick 16:18, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Disagree. When Arcane Languor is on the target, and this target casts a spell, Arcane Languor triggers and the spell causes exhaustion. When a spell causes exhaustion, Equinox triggers and doubles it. --  (CoRrRan / talk) 17:05, 6 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, but the spell already does cause exhaustion, because of Arcane Languor. AL says "all spells cast by target foe cause exhaustion." Therefore, the spell that is cast causes the exhaustion itself, rather than Arcane Languor causing the exhaustion directly. Then you just follow the general rule of thumb that Nature Rituals are applied last, and there you have it... double exhaustion. thats no improvment... the purpose of the skill is to punish spellcastors... and boy does it ever! *snifle* so beautifull, i think i'm ganna cry. this and natures renewel few other skills in the game could even begin to have such a dramatic effect on the battlefeild. 68.240.50.227 06:28, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

Exhaustion is a dangerous and powerful mechanic, this won't be buffed, is still used sometimes with Arcane Languor for fun, but nothing more. --‎ Rayd 07:10, 7 May 2008 (UTC)

The name

Is there any connection between the name and the effect of the skill?

They don't have unlimited energy pools, they just have the extra +2 energy regen so this tactic would work albeit it is much quicker to just kill them with your less niche, overpowered elites. Zencow 03:22, 21 July 2011 (UTC)

Secondary Exhaustion note
