vanquish/H&H[edit]

A couple of friends of mine had trouble with this vanquish, so i thought i would make a post as others may have problems with this one as well. I was a w/e ursan. Heroes were, healer, necro prot, mm (non bomber). Henchman eve, cynn, herta, sogolon.

I took the sogolon/paragon because he removes conditions and with the ruby djinn it helped.I was a w/e and the only elementalist skill that i used was "frigid armor". I would apply frigid armor, then sprint into the ruby djinn. Due to the low energy of an warrior i didnt use ursan when i ran in.Also with the mesmers stealing energy i would lose 20 energy in the first few seconds.(ursan over writes frigid armor).

The rest of the area was very easy to vanquish. After i found the right builds and farmed about 1/4 of the area, i used 1 conset to hurry things along. I didnt use a con at first since i wasnt sure my h&h were set properly. I must of had a quest active as 1 had to kill 257 enemy with 1,285 xp and the same amount of gold. The last few were in the center of the colosiem. Micro 18:07, 4 August 2008 (UTC)

If this is giving trouble, the later areas will prove even more troublesome. I cleared it running SS with (iirc) a prot monk hero, MM hero, domination hero, plus Devona, Mhenlo, Herta, and Odurra. The important thing is to spread out your h/h before engaging the elementals. Don't let them bunch up together when you charge in. -- ab.er.rant User Ab.er.rant Sig.png 01:53, 5 August 2008 (UTC)
254 foes, 1hr 3min, vanq/maping. Most of the map is trash. Elemental mobs with roaring ethers and diamonds are fairly resilient and if you get drawn out in a fight with 2 of each in a mob they will start picking you off one ata time. Yes spread out against all the elemental mobs so the roaring ethers dont spike you down (they make ruby djinn look weak). Other annoying foes (not really dangerous) are llboga mesmers with spammy ether feast but they are always at a number disadvantage so they do drop. Recommend just cleaning all the other foes in the group off first. If your looking for the ~ last 20 foes they are in the east wing of the garden and are ALL called Seborhin Pest. Just a few mobs of insects and are probably quest related/ removed once related quest is taken/completed. Justice 19:54, 24 July 2011 (UTC)

Bug possible[edit]

When i got HM enabled it doesnt show the red helmet that i need to vanquish the area, anyone got a idea why ? 77.102.52.40 00:30, 14 June 2010 (UTC) NvM For it to show up you have to enter the area first ... 77.102.52.40 00:34, 14 June 2010 (UTC)

Seborhin Pest[edit]

Why does this page say nothing about the Seborhin Pests o__o

For clarity - the Pests are in the square part of the garden at the east end. It took me a while to figure this out. They are quite easy to take out unlike the Djinn and Roaring Ethers which make this one a real pain. Moebius the Malign 17:23, 29 January 2011 (UTC)

These do NOT appear if you've done the quests! 87.174.158.247 16:17, 1 October 2011 (UTC)

Tahlkora[edit]

Even if I have Tahlkora in a party, I can't get to the normal garden. The info in notes is wrong. mink44 12:33, 22 August 2012 (UTC)

By normal garden I'm guessing you're getting into the Nightfallen Garden? In which case you need to beat the game. Per "This area is converted to the Nightfallen Garden after the Grand Court of Sebelkeh mission, until the completion of the Nightfall campaign." and "Tahlkora must be in your party to explore this area before conversion to Nightfallen Garden."
