Talk:Murro

In your opinion is he unbiased or is he for the WM or SB?--Olym 01:10, 14 April 2010 (UTC)

He seems unbiased, as he resents both groups' displays of violence. The White Mantle are just crueler in their treating of the regular population, and they aren't fighting a guerilla war as much as inducing a tyrannical war-time quarantine. So naturally Murro is able to observe and write about more of what the White Matle do. He is probably used a means to show how the populace are shifting in favor of the White Mantle towards the Shining Blade, and how, in the end, the White Mantle will lose all support from the Krytans. Stuck in a hut[edit]

Ha, he's "stuck in a hut" all weekend... I guess that means no war in kryta updates this weekend... -173.148.132.224 02:09, 24 April 2010 (UTC)

Where's that hut? would like to bring him an excellent chumb cheese. Mayby the shining blade will rescue Murro. would be great --Mann Of Strength 16:46, 24 April 2010 (UTC)
He's not actually in the game. -- My Talk Lacky 03:10, 25 April 2010 (UTC)

Weekend[edit]

He got a day of in the weekend? Or is there just nothing to report on in the weekend? --Mann Of Strength 09:18, 3 May 2010 (UTC)

Seems like he's on a holiday trip, during this hot fight --Mann 06:43, 24 June 2010 (UTC)

Trivia[edit]

Anyone else think this guy might be named after Edward Murrow? Sardaukar User Sardaukar sig.png 04:47, 19 May 2010 (UTC)

Murro also translares to "punch" in portuguese :D --217.129.86.86 00:14, 30 April 2011 (UTC) Padre Alberto

Where is he?[edit]

Did he die? Did the white-mantle silence him for good? The one true journalist of the conflict. The voice of the suppressed. WHERE ARE YOU MURRO!? Nohjo 16:19, 29 June 2010 (UTC)

Aah, he is alive, good. Nohjo 11:26, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

Location[edit]

He's now in LA giving you the quest "The War in Kryta", but it seems bugged as i already finished "Little help from above" but in the quest summary i have to kill all the inquisitors ( Lashona, Bauer, Lovisa ) and it didn't noticed my earlier progress. Any ideas..?

It's meant for new players starting the content, so it would seem an oversight appeared. -- Konig/talk 01:53, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
I had the same thing happen. I was on Riverside Assassination, but it says that I need to kill the inquisitors. I turned in Riverside, and now Salma won't give me A Little Help quest. Can't abandon this quest, either. Wombatt 04:18, 19 November 2010 (UTC)

Missing[edit]

Not in LA now. Reaper of Scythes** User Reaper of ScythesJuggernaut1.png 01:22, 17 December 2010 (UTC)

Indeed he isn't. Probably for the same reason Loremaster Ermenred disappears during Halloween - i.e., Murro wasn't added to the LA Wintersday festival version. -- Konig/talk 11:29, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
I've added him to the list of quest bugs.  — Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 23:38, 17 December 2010 (UTC)
Dang! And I just bought EotN at the 50% off sale, and wanted to start WiK this weekend... dts720666 15:05, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
You don't need Murro to do the WiK. See War in Kryta/Walkthrough for the non-quest walkthrough version. -- Konig/talk 15:46, 20 December 2010 (UTC)
I reported this issue to ArenaNet and this is the result: Guild Wars just received an update and Murro is back in Lion's Arch. The bug notice can be removed. Speedy Lunar 00:49, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

Place in Lion's Arch[edit]

He is right next to Sergio. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.195.9.223 (talk).
