- Hey, some weird mnok guy put this on my toucher to counteract Offering of Blood. And do you know what happened? Absolutely NOTHING. He just fell as any other without real solutions against touchers. I should have no recharge time and kill the sacrificer instantly, even then it wouldn't be more than a situational skill cautiously to be used. Noctarch 02:06, 22 June 2008 (UTC)

Functionality change, please[edit]
This skill needs to be completely remade. There are so few opportunities where you could actually make this skill useful. This skill should be made to be useful against something else than those sacrifice spamming necromancers on those very rare occasions you could see them.
You can kill sacrifice-mancers easily by just slapping other skills on them, like Backfire etc. It's not a Monk's job to act as a shutdown class. So please, turn this skill into something more useful and versatile.
For example: Target foe is hexed with Scourge Sacrifice for x..y..z seconds. Whenever target casts a spell, that foe sacrifices x..y..z % of the spells energy cost in health. --Teisei 「ページ」 「会話」 07:31, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
- Wouldn't make much sense as far as the skill name/theme goes. Even then, it would have to be a VERY small sacrifice or VERY VERY short duration to keep it balanced. Could you imagine it on dungeon bosses? They'd be taking several hundred damage with every spell, even if the % was small. Patient Spirit[edit]
I'm probably wrong, but yesterday i was monkeying in FA and my target was hexed with this. I cast Patient spirit on him and didn't take the damage when it ended. Was i too occupied with spamming Woh on Gunther or did it really not trigger? Never mind, i need to learn to readDemonic Fahrir talk 10:36, 8 October 2010 (UTC)
