Farming

So... How does one go about farming these? Or where rather. The only nightmares I can think of in the Ring of Fire islands would be at the beginning of Ring of Fire, but that's only like 4 of them. — Galil 03:03, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

pretty much. I think there's 'bout 10 of them, one group of the wrong direction at start, the others hidden around the first tower. Backsword 03:40, 10 February 2008 (UTC)

The group in the wrong direction (go to the dead end in the west, you can avoid the Mursaat patrol) at the start of the mission is small, two Nightmares, and then as you travel in the right direction, there are four that pop up directly past the very first Ether Seal of the mission, near the drakes, right before you would head left into the passageway where the several Ettin groups patrol Twyst Tye 02:34, 23 January 2009 (UTC)

If you can, Solo farm the two Shadows to the west. You can walk along behind the Mursaats and not fight anything, other than the Shadows. I got 2 in one run but averaged at 1 every second run. Titan Crow 22:30, 31 January 2009 (UTC)

Seems like it was a lot rarer for me on NM... if anyone is having trouble, I don't have any problems with a Dwayna Dervish, i've heard wammo works well, so i beat anything with self heals is good. Tearh 16:53, 25 December 2009 (UTC)

I did 17 of the runs listed below in HM with a SoS build. Of the 34 Nightmares killed, I received: 8 white drops, 1 gold drop, 7 Smoking Remains and 1 gold pieces drop (100gp). 99.235.124.76 04:33, 10 January 2010 (UTC)Mental Mistress
