I've never heard of this hammer, but someone on GW guru said they bought a r10 with dmg+13 while in stance (non-insc) for over a million gold. Is this thing that rare? Jogden (talk) 02:41, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

Dno, but they sounds very cool Words 20:57, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

What the hell is this? --King Of Kamelott Talk Page 00:40, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
I have one of these. You used to be able to get them along with Dwarven Axes(no joke) back when there was the keyless chests(If I remember correctly the chest in question was just outside Marhanns Grotto near a group of Ice Imps).(marsc 13:07, 7 November 2009 (UTC))
Could you provide a screenshot? -- Magamdy 13:23, 7 November 2009 (UTC)
I can for the Swamp Club itself, but I never took the screenshot of the chest(mostly because it was about 3 years ago and since it's basically a Ram's Hammer it wasn't too much of a big deal).(marsc 20:25, 9 November 2009 (UTC))
JUst the club self :3 -- Magamdy 06:38, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

file:SwampClub.jpg It's a pretty bad hammer, but I kept it just for the sake of having it/novelty anyway, also I think I dyed it orange previously, since I'm certain it normally had the colour scheme of the Ram's Hammer.(marsc 21:20, 11 November 2009 (UTC))

Ah, thank you :) At least there is evidence now. P.S.: That is one pretty messy storage xD -- Magamdy 14:44, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Historical Content?[edit]

Should vthis have the historical content tag? I mean, it's not dropped anymore, but it's also not completely removed from the game. -- Magamdy 14:59, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Still exists, it's not historical. Do you want to say that all past festival masks are historical too? Misery 15:05, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
Festival masks, however, can be regenerated when deleted or removed. These can't. --User Ezekial Riddle silverbluesig.pngRIDDLE 15:07, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
Fine, miniature pandas. There is plenty of content that has been created and exists, but will never be created again. Misery 15:13, 12 November 2009 (UTC)
Ye, but miniatures are something different. Panda's were never obtainable within game in normal ways (birthday presents), only by participating in contents or whatever. That says they were instantly placed in the game. This hammer, to the contrary (right spelling? lol) was dropped, but was removed because the keyless chest were also. -- Magamdy 19:00, 12 November 2009 (UTC)

Mentions chest drops, but not monsters[edit]

Have swamp clubs actually been removed as monster drops, I've heard reports in 07' of them still dropping from portal wraiths, however theres nothing I've heard since that hints to them still dropping. Chestless chests are gone, I understand that but were swamp clubs just removed from dropping entirely? Solus 09:26, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

Then somebody should investigate that. -- Magamdy 13:03, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

What?[edit]

Aren't there still key-less chests in this game? I know there are barrels in pre and I think there are ones in early areas after pre... Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә Assassin-tango-icon-20.png ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 21:56, 10 January 2010 (UTC)

There's a couple key-less chests all throughout Guild Wars. I know there's one in Elona near some Fire Djinns or something near where you can obtain the Avatar of Balthazar I believe. -- My Talk Lacky 23:55, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
The Nightfall Treasures are quite a bit different from the old keyless chests- a lot of them aren't even chests in appearance. So no, there are no longer any such in the game. Because if there were, bots would farm them. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 23:58, 10 January 2010 (UTC)
I could have sworn the only such chests were early-area only... Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ аІiсә Assassin-tango-icon-20.png ѕνәи Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ 20:55, 11 January 2010 (UTC)

Should fit under some specialized category[edit]

I've trolled this wiki a lot, especially the stuff that doesn't exist anymore or has been changed or removed from the game. This isn't in any category like that. I know there are other items like this - ones that are unobtainable except through trade. There's a question up there about adding it to historical content - Brick of Mud, Clay Brick, Naga Fang and others are all in there. Wouldn't this belong as well?--Ph03n1x 07:23, 11 September 2011 (UTC)

The bricks never really where in the game, the artisans offered a trade for them, but they never dropped anywhere. Naga Fangs that still are in the game are totally useless. This Club however can still be used, in theory you could get one and use it in combat so I wouldn't call this historical.Rumian 07:36, 11 September 2011 (UTC)
I don't think the item's level of usefulness is relevant here - the game doesn't create this item anymore, just like it doesn't create those. I didn't know about this article until someone on a forum linked directly to it. I think it's an interesting bit of information for people who weren't around at the beginning (including me) and the purpose of this wiki is to provide information. How do we do that if there aren't any links to it on other portions of the site aside from the generic ones?--Ph03n1x 00:33, 14 September 2011 (UTC)
