Festival towns

Since it affects only one article, there's really no need to ask. Just add it in first and see if anyone opposes. It's only when the effect is wiki-wide that we need discussions. Such as those in GWW:FORMAT. -- ab.er.rant 02:40, 20 May 2008 (UTC)

Appearance of People in Towns and Outposts
