"Good Synergy with Lacerate and Viper's Nest."
Removing this note, see lacerate for why on that half of it. As far as viper's nest, this skill has some synergy with all skills that inflict poison, and that goes without saying. This may have more then most because it's in the same attribute, but it's still not worth mentioning here. Barkingllama

Dumb Question here, but...[edit]
Uh, if a target foe is BOTH Poisoned and Diseased, do they take -4 degen? -2 for the Poison and -2 for the Disease? If so I may have some nasty build ideas... 99.241.34.49 14:54, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

Buff[edit]

- Toxicity. Create a level 1...8...10 Spirit. Poisoned or Diseased creatures within its range move 33% slower and take 10...30...35 damage each second. This Spirit dies after 30...78...90 seconds.
