Limited attributes on inscribable versions

Insist? I suspect that, on the whole, they just didn't pay any attention to stuff like this when they designed the game originally. And, near as I can tell from comments by developers, test krewe, and independent researchers, no one at ANet understands the drop/item database well enough to fix this kind of thing (it looks like it should be simple, e.g. adding an item ID to a drop table...but apparently...not).
