General
Moira, pronounced MOI ra, is a Celtic name meaning "exceptional" although it is also known to mean "bitter". Moira is hardly bitter so she must be exceptional. She is the eldest sister of Scott, Fiona, & Briana. Moira's father died of the Plague in Cantha. She has a pet tiger named Shan who has been with her from an early age.
