General

Garreth is a variant of the name Gareth, a welsh name meaning "gentle". Eldest son of Fergus MacLeod, patriarch of the MacLeods. After their parents were lost in the searing, Garreth became the leader of the Tyrian MacLeods and later the chief of Clan MacLeod once the three groups were reunited. Having been called by Melandru to be a Champion of Beasts, Garreth is rarely found without Lancelot, his Melandru's Stalker as his side.
